Welcome to The Hill Country Cottage,

      We would like your stay at the Hill Country Cottage to be a wonderful experience however we do have rules that need to be followed.  Any violation of these rules may result in the termination of your stay without refund.  Please read and understand the following rules.

Terms of Service

You agree that you are 18 or older and all the information you provide is correct. You agree to pay for all goods and services that you, or those using this Cottage aquire during your stay.  Any damages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility and you may be billed for those damages. 

• Absolutely no pets allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• We ask that you respect our Neighbors and their privacy.

• No loud music after nine P.M.

• No smoking inside the cottage.  Smoking inside the cottage will result in a $150.00 charge for cleaning.

• If the keys are not returned you will be charged $5.00 dollars.

• IF you have more guests than you had reserved you will be charged an additional $ 10.00 dollars for each additional guest.

Cancellation policy

The Hill Country Cottage has a cancellation policy of 24 Hrs. prior to your stay. If you cancel after  you will be billed for your entire stay.
